Our story began over a decade ago with a simple sourdough starter and a love for baking at home. Over the years, each loaf has been tested, refined, and perfected with the help of our toughest and most honest critics — our kids and family. What started as bread for our own table slowly grew into something we shared with friends and neighbors, whose encouragement made it clear that these baked goods were meant to be enjoyed by more people. Today, our cottage bakery is built on that same spirit: small-batch, thoughtfully made bread and pastries, baked with care and shared with our community.
